Otto Link and Meyer saxophone mouthpieces have a tradition rooted in history that goes back some 85 years - the company (JJ Babbitt) was founded by Mr Jessie James Babbitt and his family in 1919 and is still family owned and operated.
Mouthpieces such as Otto Link, designed by Jessie Babbitt in the 1920s and 30s, were such masterpieces they are still in production and are built on the same machines he also designed. Each Otto Link & Meyer mouthpiece is crafted by hand - one at a time - just as they were in the 1940s.

Otto Link 9, 9*, 10 and 10* mouthpieces are also available (see table below). The 10 and 10* mouthpieces cost an additional £10.00, as they have to be hand-finished after the initial facing process - for this reason they also take a little longer to acquire.
