All the images seen are of the actual instruments you buy.

Before despatching every instrument, we give it to our repairers for a full service - we guarantee it will reach you in excellent condition. We pride ourselves on our after-sales service, so if you do have any problems with your instrument do not hesitate to contact us.

Second hand Images
Please note these instruments are unique and we only hold one of each in stock. If we receive more than one attempt to purchase a second hand instrument the first customer will receive the goods and all following customers will have their credit card details deleted from our system.

Woodwind and Brass have their own in-house professional photographic studio which provides the high definition pictures. All our instruments are serviced by highly qualifed technicians prior to being sold. Selling Your Instrument
If you would like to sell your secondhand instrument on our site, you will need to provide us with:

a) The actual instrument for us to photograph and edit. This guarantees that it meets with our high standards and represents value for money for both parties!

b) Send us your image(s) of your musical instrument. Please ensure that the images are in Jpeg format, a minimum of 500 pixels in height / width (whichever is the greater) and no less than 100dpi

c) If you do not have a digital picture of your instrument, then please send us a photograph.
